How do I make a purchase?
Shopping with Liquido Active is super easy. Below are a few steps to help you fill your shopping cart with beautiful Liquido Products:
* Choose the category of the product that you want to buy such as Yoga Tops, Yoga Bottoms and others to start.
* Once you have chosen your item, choose the size, quantity and click on ADD TO CART.
* If the size you would like does not appear under the size options, it means that particular size is out of stock.
* You can continue shopping or you can view your cart and proceed to the check out.
How often does Liquido receive new inventory?
We receive new inventory every month to keep our patterns fresh and unique.
Does Liquido repeat patterns?
We do like to keep our patterns exclusive so we do not repeat patterns. Also, we only bring a limited number of each pattern to the market so we can keep your wardrobe not only colorful but very unique. Occasionally, if a pattern is in big demand, we might repeat it in a different color scheme.
I can not find my size in the pattern I like, where can I find it?
If the size or the pattern you like is not available, it was a hot item and unfortunately is out of stock. Check our Sizing chart here. Medium is the fit most size and the go to size for Wholesalers.
Do I need to have a Liquido Account to place an order?
You can shop with Liquido Active without having an account. However if you have an account with us you will be able to track your orders and review your past purchases.
If you have an account with Liquido Active please ensure you are logged in to your account while shopping with Liquido.
Customers not logged in will not be able to save records of their past orders.
Teachers and Wholesalers need to be logged in to their account in order to place an order and to receive the discounted price on any of our products.
If you have a teacher or wholesale account, as soon as you log in, our system will display the discount price, no code is needed. Please ensure you are logged in to your account in order to receive the correct price. If you do not see a reduced price, please contact us before placing your order.
Liquido accepts no responsibility and will not provide refunds if you have an account and place an order without been logged into your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. However, once you have received your item, you can follow our return and exchange procedures to exchange your item if you wish. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Liquido accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Liquido Operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours depending on the volume of orders received.
Any order arriving after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders and inquiries are not processed during weekends and public holidays.
We do our best to answer all your inquiries as quickly as possible, however during busy periods, general inquiries can take up to 48hrs for follow up and orders can take up to 2 days to be processed.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments through Shopify and PAYPAL.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Liquido Active meets you wherever you are.
How can I track my order?
Once you place the order you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Will I have to pay for customs or Import taxes?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Extremely large orders may be subject to additional shipping charge.
Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Do I need to cover any postage on returns?
It is client’s responsibility to cover the postage of the returned item and Liquido Active will cover the postage of the new item.
Liquido Active will cover any postage expense for faulty items.
Does Liquido give Refund?
Liquido Active does not issue refunds for change of mind or wrong size, however we will gladly offer an exchange or credit towards your future purchase
What if the pants look different from the website?
Liquido Active takes all reasonable care to ensure all details, prices, photos, representations and descriptions of a product appearing on the website are updated and correct. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the site. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our return policy and procedure if you are unhappy with your purchase.
